报告人简介：Plant hormones are signaling compounds which regulate plant growth and development at low concentrations. Recently, microanalyses of plant hormones have frequently been conducted by using LC-ESI-MS/MS. However, crude samples should be purified prior to the analysis to minimize suppression of analytic ionization. Ion mobility spectrometry–mass spectrometry (IMS-MS) is a new technique for separating compounds in a mixture based on the differences in collision cross section of ions. This method allows us to analyze hardly separable compounds such as isomers and structural analogs with high precision. We have developed a highly sensitive and specific analytical method for plant hormones by LC-ESI-MS/MS with differential mobility separation (DMS). With this analytical method, 1 fg of IAA and ABA could be detected and these hormones in 0.01 mg of plant organs could be quantified. We also succeeded in clear separation of stereoisomers of natural SLs. Analyses of plant hormones in Arabidopsis thaliana and tomato plants will be presented.
